How do I access the Members pages?
Click on the JPA ASSOCIATION MEMBERS LOG IN RH Top of the website, enter your email address and password you set from the invitation email
I didn’t get the invitiation email
Check Spam / Junk folders, Try putting your email address in the forgotten password dialog, if the system says it doesn’t recognise the email address you either aren’t a member or your account hasn’t been setup or activated, go to form below
How do I set my password
Click ‘forgotten password’ below the login fields and follow the instructions
Will the old system password work
No
Is it ok to save the password using the website browser
That’s your choice, IF you change your password subsequently this will cause you issues that we can’t fix
can you send me a new password

Can you send me my password
NO we don’t know what your password is, you set it Click ‘forgotten password’ below the login fields and follow the instructions
I have forgotten my password

I have changed my email address
Login (or click on JPA ASSOCIATION MEMBERS LOG IN) and click on edit profile and change the email address and save
I would like to change my password

I no longer have access to my email address

I don’t know what email address I’m registered under
Try the ones you think are registered, go to form below
I don’t know my username
You don’t need to and shouldn’t use it, your email address is your username
I tried to login multiple times and the system has cancelled my access
