Governance

The Association is managed by a voluntary Executive on behalf of the members of the Association. The Executive is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting, usually held in October/November of each year.

The Constitution sets out the rules and objects for the Association and is based on the model rules set out in the Association Incorporate Regulation 1991.

The financial records of the Association are reviewed annually by a qualified practitioner in accordance with the Associations Incorporate Act 1991

Executive meetings

The Executive meets regularly at least four times each year. Minutes of meetings are available to members by contacting the Secretary.

Annual General Meetings

The Annual General Meeting must be held within five months of the end of the financial year. AGM minutes are available by contacting the Secretary.
