The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all, collectively and individually, but there remains demand for the services of a JP.
The Association has prepared a Guidance Note to help JPs decide whether to continue to offer services, and how best to protect the health, wellbeing and safety of all parties if you do .
Some JPs are continuing to volunteer their services, but others feel less comfortable about doing so. This is a choice for individual JPs. The Association expects that all JPs will observe sound hygiene practices, and decide whether to provide JP services, taking to account the health, wellbeing and safety of themselves and those seeking their services.
